I had it once, the state thought I would send someone to prison for 25 years for a weekend worth of crack (drug trafficking) they were very wrong, mistrial ! Yes he was guilty of having crack, no that's not drug trafficking, shoulda charged him with possession I would have convicted for that.

Last time that happened to me I had my Blackberry and iPad Mini and two portable power chargers. Even with a recharge at our hour long lunch I still ran out of juice with 30 minutes left in the court room. Longest 30 minutes of my life. And they never called my name to be questioned for the jury, mine was the last name on the list and I was never called. The judge looked at me as the only pool member not called and said "Well Mr. Murphy it is your lucky day, our whole pool is selected, your are excused." I had not felt that excited since I was a kid and it was the last day of school before summer.
